Most golfers wear one glove, on the top hand of the grip.

Measure your hand
Use a tape measure, or a strip of paper and a ruler. Measure the hand the glove goes on.
A: around the knuckles, thumb not included
B: wrist crease to tip of middle finger

A: hold your hand flat with the fingers together. Wrap the tape (or paper strip) around the widest part of the palm, across the knuckles, leaving the thumb out. Snug, not tight. Mark the paper where it overlaps and measure it on a ruler.
B: palm up, measure from the first crease where your hand meets your wrist to the tip of your middle finger.
Pick the size of a glove that fits you well now. It's printed inside the strap.
This is a guide based on standard glove fitting charts. Hands differ and so do brands, so if you can, pop into the shop in Rooihuiskraal and try a couple of sizes on.
