  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Standard Shipping & Rates (South Africa)

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days anywhere within South Africa.
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over R1500.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below R1500, a flat shipping rate of R150 applies.

3. Overnight Shipping

  • Availability: Overnight shipping is available upon special request. Please email us at info@golfersdirect.co.zaor call us to arrange this service.
  • Cut-Off Time: To qualify for overnight delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (SAST). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Cost: The cost for overnight shipping is calculated based on your specific order details (size, weight, and destination) and will be communicated to you before finalizing your request.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the exact status of your delivery.
